Wind Sock, 18” Dia. x 48”L

Highly visible indicators of wind direction and speed! These wind socks are made of high-quality international orange PVC over nylon, which is incredibly durable and stays colorfast longer than other materials. The frames (sold separately) are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum and mount on a standard 1.25” outside diameter pipe. Buy the same diameter frame and wind sock for a perfect fit.

The sock and the frame are of good quality, seems like it will last. However, the sock fabric is way too stiff and takes at least a 20-25 mph wind before the sock "inflates" and then starts to track the wind direction. At 30 mph, it starts tracking well. I've had the 10" version for about 7-8 months, and the sock is still too stiff.
